Set to open in early 2027, our client is developing a landmark 72-floor resort in Ras Al Khaimah featuring a casino, hotel, multiple restaurants, and a marina.
In preparation for this, they are looking to add two experienced Product Managers and a skilled MarTech/Data Product Manager to their corporate team. These roles will be full-time in the office, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the resort’s primary digital product.
- Customise off-the-shelf solutions to meet guest and business needs.
- Develop and prioritise the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all product decisions enhance the guest experience.
- Manage vendor onboarding, integration, and partnerships (e.g., Microsoft).
- Serve as the primary liaison across internal departments and external agencies.
- Advocate for user-friendly, engaging experiences based on guest feedback and market research.
- Support external development teams while transitioning to an internal team.
- Oversee product delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct market research to drive data-informed product decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of digital product management experience, preferably in hospitality or travel booking.
- Proven track record in guest-facing web or mobile products.
- Strong understanding of user experience and customer expectations in online booking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with vendor management, product customisation, and development coordination.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web and mobile app development.
- Casino/gaming product experience is a plus.
