    Sportsbook Product and Operations Lead

    BettingJobs is working with a successful international sports betting and gaming manager who are looking for a Sportsbook Product and Operations Lead to join their team in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating Product Development and enhancement
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sportsbook across all events and sports markets.
    • Ensure smooth execution, minimize operational errors, and maximize uptime.
    • Working with the trading team to optimize trading activities with a strong understanding of liability and risk management.
    • Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Content, and Country Managers to align sportsbook activities with broader business goals.
    • Coordinate campaign planning with the CRM team to ensure all major events are covered with engaging offers.
    • Ensure product pages are relevant and up to date across all markets by collaborating with Country and Content Managers.
    • Act as the key point of contact for all sportsbook-related matters within the business.
    • Oversee sportsbook communications such as newsletters to maintain brand voice and highlight key events.
    • Collaborate with the technical team on reporting bugs, suggesting product improvements, optimal user experience and staying updated on new features.
    • Ensure prompt action is taken against bonus abusers and campaign misuse.
    • Own and drive key sportsbook KPIs set by the business.
    • Deliver monthly performance reports with CRM support to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive knowledge of sports betting, trading principles, and liability management.
    • Proven experience in an operational role within a sports trading or sportsbook environment.
    • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
    • Clear and confident communicator at all levels, both internal and external.
    • Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving KPIs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Passion for sports and deep understanding of betting markets.
    • Experience working closely with CRM and campaign teams.
    • Proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
