Our client, a fast-growing B2B casino platform provider is looking for a reliable Operations Manager to join their fast-paced team in Sao Paulo.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup of our new office, including selecting the location and overseeing the establishment of operational processes.
• Manage and provide guidance to a team of five, with responsibilities likely to expand as the business grows.
• Ensure all operations comply with Brazilian regulations, including compliance, AML, and risk management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with company goals and client requirements.
• Identify and address operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing teams and setting up operational infrastructures.
• Strong background in compliance, AML, risk management, or legal within the gaming industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian regulatory requirements for the gaming industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
