    Call Centre Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a new brand launching in Nigeria, this is a senior level role which will help set-up and run their operation in Lagos. They are looking for a Call Centre Manager to join their team based in Lagos.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build the company call centre team from scratch.
    • Oversee daily operations of the call centre, ensuring high performance.
    • Manage and train a team of call centre agents.
    • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in call centre management or a supervisory role in Nigeria
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make data-driven decisions.
    • Understanding of online betting operations is an advantage.
    • Experience using Intercom is a plus
