BettingJobs is working with an African focused operator, they are an established market leading brand in three regions at present and planning to launch in multiple new countries in the coming months. They are searching for a Group Online Director to join their team, the position is based full time in Africa and will require extensive travelling to each of the countries they operate in.

Proven experience running an online sportsbetting/casino operation across multiple African countries at strategy level is required.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting General Managers in each country
• Continuously optimizing field processes and operational performance
• Traveling regularly to different local offices to ensure strong on-the-ground execution
• Aligning country operations with group strategy and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven track record in multi-country operational leadership
• Strong communication and execution skills
• The ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
