BettingJobs is working with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their well-established team in Lima.
Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.
As the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include developing tactical plans covering brand positioning, media strategy (types, channels, formats), and campaign planning. You will also propose, implement, monitor, and report on the marketing budget and coordinate with product teams to adapt services to meet local standards.
This role is well suited to an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in a marketing manager position in the online world.
Responsibilities:
- Define marketing targets (e.g., traffic, new visitors, registrations, conversions, CPA, player value) aligned with financial KPIs and the country manager.
- Develop tactical plans covering brand positioning, media strategy (types, channels, formats), and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to localize materials (TV, ATL, BTL, digital, on-site) for optimal audience engagement.
- Propose, implement, monitor, and report on the marketing budget.
- Coordinate with product teams to adapt services to meet local standards.
- Supervise content teams for consistent, high-quality communications.
- Track, evaluate, and report marketing activities (TV/ATL, digital, affiliates) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Monitor competition, conduct market research, and align with HQ for global initiatives.
- Manage agencies and partners for regional campaign execution.
- Provide detailed reports and analyses to senior management.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations.
- Lead and develop the local marketing team; represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in a marketing manager position in the online world.
- Excellent command of the Spanish & English language.
- Passionate about sports and the online gaming industry.
- Business orientation and understanding, entrepreneurial attitude and spirit.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Inspiration to design and execute new creative projects that ultimately drive KPIs and help achieve the defined targets.
