BettingJobs are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Manager for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the wider CRM team, you’ll be responsible for creating and using the automated, personalized, and reactive campaign templates we deliver to customers.
• You will collaborate with the data team as a data systems expert to ensure the data structures are optimized for campaign and reporting purposes.
• Own and enhance the collection of responsive and accessible email templates created with HTML and CSS.
• As a power user of the CRM systems, you will collaborate with the larger team to ensure that all the activities are optimized for performance, delivery, and monitoring.
• Ensure all campaigns utilize the latest technology for maximum personalization and real-time engagement.
• Own and oversee the testing and QA processes to guarantee that everything we deliver is accurate and punctual.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in the marketing technology landscape and propose recommendations for new initiatives.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in multichannel marketing, technology, and CRM automation systems.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development, including knowledge of various email client behaviours and rendering.
• A SQL expert possessing a strong understanding of data integration methods and processes.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practice
• Experience working with personalization language for dynamic content EG Liquid, Ampscript
• Experience working with technology like Movable Ink and Taxi4Email is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Must be a great team player as well as an organized individual capable of prioritizing workload
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Driven, passionate, and determined, a self-motivator with a knack for problem-solving.
• Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
