BettingJobs are working with an iGaming company who have offices based in Manila and are looking for several IT Managers to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical manager and be responsible for leading tech teams of 5-10.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership and accountability of seven M365 tenants, managing both cloud and hybrid environments.
• Full responsibility for the LAN, WAN, and related areas.
• Lead and manage IT projects, from initiation to completion.
• Oversee Service Desk Management, including asset management and end-user computing.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technology selection, and production/migration processes.
• Automate workflows where feasible to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting processes, including headcount, CAPEX, OPEX, software purchases, and LAN asset maintenance renewals.
• Develop and enforce IT governance policies, covering business, people, technology, and procedures.
• Manage one mini data center and three server rooms, ensuring high availability and sustainability.
• Coordinate with outsourced Security Operations Centers (SOC) for security and privacy measures.
• Handle capacity planning, sustainability planning, audit trails, and domain registration.
• Implement and manage IP addressing schemes, VPNs, proxy systems, and hardening policies for both cloud and on-premises devices.
• Prepare and present monthly global reports.

Requirements:

• A hands-on technical manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with peers, counterparts, and direct reports.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to think both tactically and strategically.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and ethical hacking skills, in consultation with the security team.
• Excellent coaching abilities to develop and mentor direct reports.
• Logical, critical, and lateral thinking capabilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

Technical Skill Set:

• Expertise in both traditional and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in Azure AD, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including on-premise domain controllers, configuration, and file servers.
• Experience with CISCO networking, including traditional and SD-WAN, L3 switching, UPS, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Fortinet firewalls (various series) and FortiAnalyzer, including hardware, HA, and configuration.
• VMware experience (v6, 6.5, 7 & 8) and Dell EMC Servers (PowerEdge R series).
• Familiarity with third-party security tools, monitoring servers, notification systems, logging systems, NAS systems, and other subsystems.
