    Head of White Label

    Initially founded in 2022 here our client is a hugely successful iGaming and sports betting platform provider. The company have offices in Cyprus, Poland and the Czech Republic and have grown substantially both in reputation and in terms of staff members since their establishment, now with approximately 600 team members.

    This role represents a truly unique opportunity to step into a growing B2B provider and help create, expand and lead their White Label solutions business unit. You will become pivotal to the grown and success of this BU, having autonomy both in terms of building a team but in shaping the companies white label solutions provisions (from regions and licenses to partnerships and B2B relationships).

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives; prepare business plans and financial models; identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps; assess business risks; lead team formation and development.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients; negotiate contracts with platform, payment, and casino providers; oversee client onboarding processes.
    • Select jurisdictions and obtain necessary licenses; establish financial and operational frameworks, including opening bank accounts.
    • Ensure products and services meet regulatory requirements; develop compliance policies and controls; manage relations with regulatory authorities and facilitate compliance audits.
    • Streamline and document processes with departments such as Anti-fraud, Payment Gateway Hub, Casino, CRM, and MarTech to ensure effective collaboration.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote White Label products; contribute to marketing strategies and represent the BU at industry events.
    • Manage the BU’s budget and financial reporting; track performance metrics and KPIs; assess financial performance and optimize resource allocation; prepare regular management reports.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B gambling.
    • Extensive experience in White Label operations.
    • Previous management experience in roles such as COO, CRO, CMO, CBDO, or Head of White Label.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience with large international B2B gambling companies.
    • Highly adaptable and flexible with a strategic mindset.
