BettingJobs are currently seeking a CCO for an established supplier to the iGaming industry. Building on their considerable previous success, the CCO will be responsible for leading the commercial function of a newly established business unit.
This role would be well suited to a senior commercial professional with experience of leading and growing commercial functions within the online gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and scale a professional B2B sales and account management team targeting operators, game aggregators, and platforms, with full global P&L ownership
- Oversee B2B marketing, including brand, product marketing, and lead generation in close collaboration with product and content teams
- Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and commercial packaging
- Personally lead key customer relationships and high-value commercial negotiations
- Own and evolve pricing models, revenue share frameworks, and incentive structures
- Shape a high-performance commercial culture and hire top-tier talent in regional commercial teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B commercial leadership roles, ideally in iGaming, SaaS, or consumer tech businesses
- Proven success in building and leading commercial organisations
- Highly analytical thinker with strong business modelling, planning, and strategic execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of iGaming commercial dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communications in English with high credibility among C-level stakeholders and partners. Fluency in other languages would be a significant advantage
- Experience working across European and global markets
This role will involve extensive travel, while ideally based in Yerevan there may be flexabiltiy on the permanent location of this role if this will benefit the business.
