    Head of Marketing

    We are currently working on a Head of Marketing role as part of the expansion of a team for our client. This business is a successful multi-brand online crypto currency business, operating under a Curacao license.

    The successful candidate will lead and build their remote based digital marketing team and feel comfortable working in a leadership role with team members dispersed globally

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, player acquisition, and engagement.
    • Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC, affiliate programs).
    • Enhance our brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content and promotional materials that align with our brand and attract new players.
    • Identify and build relationships with affiliates and strategic partners to expand our reach and visibility.
    • Foster a vibrant and engaged player community through social media, forums, and events.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards, particularly in the crypto-currency and online gaming sectors.

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience, in the online gaming.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
    • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing strategy.
    • Innovative thinker with the ability to craft unique marketing campaigns.
    • Proven track record of leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Enthusiastic about online gaming and cryptocurrency, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry trends.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
