BettingJobs is working with a Regulated market casino and sportsbook operator who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Sofia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that maximise ROI and ensure sustainable growth in the regulated market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, affiliate, and offline campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and responsible gambling guidelines.
- Manage and optimise customer acquisition and retention initiatives, including CRM, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Work closely with internal teams (compliance, product, and operations) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, and brand positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within the online gaming industry (casino and sportsbook preferred).
- Strong understanding of regulated market requirements and compliance in gaming.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
