    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
    • Manage and optimize CRM campaigns using Smartico.
    • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
    • Lead and mentor the CRM team to achieve departmental goals.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a CRM management role.
    • Mandatory experience with Smartico CRM software.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
