BettingJobs is working with a Dubai based business, that are very established in the industry, operating multiple B2C brands. This includes a betting exchange alongside their own B2B platform. They are searching for a CRM Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) tailored for the Indian iGaming market.
- Manage player segmentation, behaviour analysis, and personalised engagement strategies.
- Leverage CRM automation tools like Fastrack and OptiKPI to optimize customer journeys.
- Plan and implement bonus, loyalty, and crypto-related promotions to enhance player retention.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and campaign optimization based on detailed performance metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gambling frameworks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product, and Operations teams to develop seamless customer experiences.
- Research emerging trends in crypto, gaming, and CRM to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or specialized certification in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM systems, specifically Fastrack CRM and OptiKPI.
- Competent in HTML and email template editing.
- Data analytics expertise (Excel, basic SQL is a plus).
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and segmentation logic.
- Understanding of iGaming back-end systems, payment integrations, and bonus engine platforms.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM within iGaming (Sportsbook/Casino focus).
- Experience working with crypto transactions and promotions is an advantage.
- Strong background in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Proven track record of improving engagement and retention metrics.
- Proficiency in English (essential for this role)
