BettingJobs are working with a very well-established iGaming company with multiple casino brands and offices in South Africa and London, are looking for a Gaming & Technology Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the game operations compliance process, ensuring policies are up to date and aligned with MGA requirements.
• Oversee game compliance, including testing 10% of games pre-launch and ongoing audits, and manage RNG/RTP certificates for audits.
• Develop and update product policy and procedures covering compliance, certification, deployment, and country restrictions.
• Monitor data to prevent games from being accessible in restricted countries and ensure adherence to service provider contracts.
• Lead game provider integrations, manage game releases, and ensure optimal placement for profitability.
• Conduct market research on game trends and prepare reports on gameplay, profitability, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure timely billing, payment, and regional tax compliance.
• Manage GSP migrations, monitor game functionality, and address support inquiries.
• Maintain an approved games list and communicate game updates across the business.

Requirements:

• Experience in the gambling industry with knowledge of regulatory compliance and responsible gambling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; fluency in English.
• Desirable: experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and 3rd party game providers.
• Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and ethical.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, with a focus on continuous learning and handling challenges effectively.
