Responsibilities:
• Crafting and implementing an effective worldwide growth strategy, including the establishment of new offices.
• Leading sales and customer service strategies to fuel business expansion.
• Evaluating and enhancing existing company processes to boost efficiency.
• Motivating and inspiring the teams to optimise performance.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Working hard to achieve both personal and professional goals.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and major players.
• Proven track record in leading teams of 30+ people across sales, customer success, and business development.
• Successful experience in expanding businesses into new markets and establishing offices in different countries.
• Preferably, exposure to advertising agencies or familiarity with SEO practices (although not mandatory).
• An extensive network and valuable connections within the industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a C-level management position.
• Demonstrated ability to build startups from the ground up and transform them into profitable ventures.
• A strong desire to establish a globally recognized, industry-leading company.
