    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the target sectors, emphasizing market penetration and revenue generation.
    • Establish clear sales targets and KPIs aligned with the broader business goals of the clients.
    • Leverage existing relationships and networks within online gambling, gaming, Forex, adult entertainment, VPN, VPS, e-commerce, and luxury goods/services industries to generate new business opportunities.
    • Identify and cultivate partnerships with high-value stakeholders and industry influencers, expanding market reach.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture that encourages creativity and accountability.
    • Stay abreast of crypto payment trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Provide clients with expert guidance on navigating the evolving dynamics of the payment industry.
    • Oversee the development of sales proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to close profitable deals.
    • Implement CRM tools and analytics to monitor and improve sales team performance.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in crypto payments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the crypto payments ecosystem and deep connections in the online gambling, gaming, Forex, adult entertainment, VPN, VPS, e-commerce, and luxury goods/services industries.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams to success.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with a results-oriented approach.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
