BettingJobs is currently working with an Athens based company that focuses on all aspects of the iGaming industry from performance marketing and brand operations to their in-house tech development. They are expanding their Greece team with the addition of a Casino Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Order and prioritise games, managing their testing and integration to ensure quality, functionality, and performance
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including designers, CRM, and product teams, as well as external providers and partners
• Conduct ongoing player behaviour analysis and competitive research to guide product strategy and promotions
• Supervise the CRM team, ensuring campaigns align with product goals and market trends
• Collaborate with designers to brief and oversee promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and impact
• Monitor P&L, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for product and promotional optimisation
• Oversee game testing, debugging, and integration processes to maintain seamless operations across multiple GEOs and devices
• Coordinate with casino providers and third-party platforms to ensure smooth integration and functionality
• Assist with all procedures and remain alert to address any arising issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3+ years of significant experience in casino product management or a related key role in the iGaming industry
• Proven ability to analyse player behaviour and leverage insights to inform strategy and promotions
• Experience with P&L tracking and optimising product performance to drive growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to operational challenges
• A deep understanding of industry trends, player psychology, and competitive landscapes to maintain a competitive edge
