B2B Account Manager
BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth alternative payments solutions provider seeking to further expand their team with an experienced Account Manager based in Malta or Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely, effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through client data analysis and trend monitoring.
Collaborate with the Account Management team to achieve revenue and retention goals, while promoting new products and services.
Monitor and report on client account performance, objectives, and satisfaction metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational challenges.
Develop account plans, conduct industry research, and identify growth opportunities.
Provide actionable feedback to improve products, services, and client offerings.
Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, within B2B fintech, banking, or iGaming industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships.
Data-driven approach to identifying client opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and account management systems such as Freshsales, Intercom and Jira.
A proactive mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
Knowledge of the iGaming industry and/or Banking is a strong advantage.
