    B2B Account Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth alternative payments solutions provider seeking to further expand their team with an experienced Account Manager based in Malta or Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely, effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through client data analysis and trend monitoring.
    • Collaborate with the Account Management team to achieve revenue and retention goals, while promoting new products and services.
    • Monitor and report on client account performance, objectives, and satisfaction metrics.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational challenges.
    • Develop account plans, conduct industry research, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide actionable feedback to improve products, services, and client offerings.
    • Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, within B2B fintech, banking, or iGaming industries.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships.
    • Data-driven approach to identifying client opportunities and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and account management systems such as Freshsales, Intercom and Jira.
    • A proactive mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of the iGaming industry and/or Banking is a strong advantage.
