Commercial Excellence Lead
BettingJobs are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead for an established supplier to the iGaming industry. The role will be based in Yerevan.
Key Responsibilities
Sales enablement: develop and maintain sales materials including pitch decks, product sheets, ROI tools, and client templates – in close collaboration with product and sales teams
Sales analytics & reporting: design and build sales and commercial metrics reporting, establish portfolio allocation and target setting, build client pipeline dashboards
Opportunity identification: build pipelines of high-potential clients across geographies
Pricing and commercial conditions: define key contract terms, negotiation parameters and commission structures aligned with company strategy
Process optimization: Establish scalable processes for deal reviews, CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and customer segmentation
Requirements:
4+ years in commercial operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market roles (B2B tech, SaaS, gaming, or consulting)
Excellent verbal and written English communication, knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel; familiarity with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Zoho, Tableau)
Experience creating sales and marketing materials with high polish and clarity
Background in iGaming or high-transaction B2B environments is a strong plus
Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate as a self-directed “SWAT” team within a fast-paced commercial function
