BettingJobs are working with a growing iGaming platform provider based in Stockholm who have a strong focus on the emerging crypto-casino industry. They are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and take responsibility for the entire onboarding process for new customers.
• Conduct and coordinate introductory meetings, product/service demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Ensure correct installation and integration of customer systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (support, development, project management) to meet customer needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and escalations.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
• Hold regular follow-up meetings.
• Analyse customer usage and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and expanded partnerships.
• Understand customers’ business goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of onboarding and customer success processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming sector.
• Proven experience in account management, technical support, or project management.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and establish trust.
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
• Customer-focused with exceptional service skills.
• Proactive and confident in taking initiative.
• Attentive to customer needs and strategic goals.
• Capable of handling multiple customers, projects, and deadlines effectively.
