Business Development Representative for LATAM
BettingJobs are working with a start-up real-time e-sports data provider who are looking for a Business Development Representative for LATAM to join their team based remotely.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new operator partnerships
Research, qualify, and engage potential clients, developing new leads through market research, networking, and conference attendance
Conduct tailored product demos and presentations aligned with operator needs
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate internally – across Legal, Technical, Product, and Operations – to ensure smooth onboarding and contract delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage your pipeline proactively, and report regularly to management on progress and forecasts
Represent the company at key industry events and travel as needed to meet clients and prospects
Meet and exceed sales targets set in collaboration with management
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish
Some experience in B2B sales within the betting or iGaming industry
Strong understanding of how betting operators and products function commercially
Confidence in managing the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a small, fast-paced team
