VIP Sales Leader
BettingJobs are working with an established crypto operator, they are searching for a VIP Sales Leader to help them build a team with experience in Azerbaijan. This is a remote based role.
Responsibilities:
Build a high-performing VIP sales department from the ground up, starting with a team of 15 VIP Managers.
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive business growth in key markets.
Manage and optimize sales processes, working with both warm and cold client bases to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure VIP clients receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the betting/gambling industry.
At least 3 years of experience in a VIP sales leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of the market, with a strong understanding of VIP customer needs and behaviors.
Proven track record of exceptional sales performance and leadership skills.
