    VIP Sales Leader

    BettingJobs are working with an established crypto operator, they are searching for a VIP Sales Leader to help them build a team with experience in Azerbaijan. This is a remote based role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build a high-performing VIP sales department from the ground up, starting with a team of 15 VIP Managers.
    • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive business growth in key markets.
    • Manage and optimize sales processes, working with both warm and cold client bases to maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure VIP clients receive exceptional service and support.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the betting/gambling industry.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a VIP sales leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of the market, with a strong understanding of VIP customer needs and behaviors.
    • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance and leadership skills.
