    VIP Manager – Crypto

    BettingJobs is thrilled to partner with our client, an exciting new cryptocurrency-focused betting platform, in their search for a VIP Manager to join their team remotely.

    The VIP Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the VIP experience. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of the high-stakes gaming environment. The VIP Manager will be responsible for identifying and attracting new high-value clients to the casino. Additionally, the VIP Manager will oversee VIP client relations, ensure top-tier service delivery, and drive the development and execution of VIP programs to maximise client satisfaction and loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalised service and ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all VIP clients.
    • Handle VIP client complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Design, implement, and manage VIP programs and promotions to a attract and retain high-value clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure VIP programs align with the casino’s overall strategy.
    • Plan and execute exclusive VIP events, including high-stakes gaming tournaments, entertainment events, and luxury experiences.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure event success.
    • Analyze VIP client data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving services.
    • Prepare regular reports on VIP activities, client feedback, and program performance.
    • Lead and mentor the Loyalty Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
    • Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in VIP client management and service excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in VIP services within the online (crypto) casino industry.
    • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective VIP strategies.
