BettingJobs is parterning with an established iGaming service provider who are searching for a Sportsbook Support Analyst to join their team in Sofia.
As the Sportsbook Support Analyst, you will be responsible for handling queries and working with various teams to resolve issues related to Sportsbook, as well as deciding which tasks are most important and helping fix big system issues leaning on your expert knowledge.
The Sportsbook Support Analyst role will be well suited to an individual with excellent communication skills who has strong knowledge of sports betting.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person in the Sportsbook area and handle all questions and problems that come up.
- Communicate with Sportsbook teams including Technology, Product, Risk and Trading to clarify and resolve any issues.
- Decide which tasks are most important and help fix big system issues using your knowledge.
- Keep detailed records of all issues regarding trading, feeds, and tech.
- Identify patterns, notice reoccurring issues, and escalate them to the relevant people.
- Ensure any event changes, mistakes, or customer goodwill actions are executed correctly and customers are promptly informed.
- Use internal tools to report on problems, errors and system faults.
- Communicate with feed providers to keep things running smoothly.
- Follow established processes for escalating incidents and queries to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of sports/sportsbook.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolves problem efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including morning, evenings and nights.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 – Excel, Outlook, and Teams for efficient daily operations.
- Fluent in English – ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
