Responsibilities:

• Own and implement the social media strategy across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
• Plan and schedule captivating content aligned with product releases, promotions, and key moments throughout the year.
• Collaborate closely with the editor to produce short-form videos, teasers, and other dynamic media that resonate with the audience.
• Create scroll-stopping visuals, thumbnails, and memes that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Build and nurture connections with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and threads, cultivating loyalty and trust.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics closely, providing regular reports and making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
• Stay on top of social media trends and experiment with new ideas, platforms, and formats that can help the brand stand out and evolve.

Requirements:

• Passionate about social media, with a strong focus and understanding of short-form video platforms.
• Skilled with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong visual sensibility, a sharp tone of voice, and an eye for details that align with the brand identity.
• Located within the UK or EU time zone for seamless collaboration and timely engagement.
• Experience within the casino/gambling industry is a plus, though not a requirement, as long as you have an eagerness to learn and adapt.
