Our client a well-known Romanian online casino operator is currently searching for an exceptional Affiliate Manager to join their energetic team based in Brasov or Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the affiliate program strategy.
• Responsible for recruiting new affiliate partners and monitoring their activity.
• Managing affiliate marketing operations and partner relationships.
• Using the software platform to monitor and enhance performance.
• Collaborating with marketing leaders to identify innovative ways to improve existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategies.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating current processes to identify new opportunities.
• Identifying key partners and optimizing incentive programs.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure maximum performance.
• Regularly reporting on the initiatives and results of the affiliate program.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing and developing affiliate programs, ideally within the gaming industry or similar fields.
• Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, including partner recruitment strategies, relationship management, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute tasks within tight deadlines and respond quickly to industry changes.
• Results-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize the affiliate program.
• Experience using software platforms for monitoring affiliate performance and reporting results.
