    Senior VIP Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a well-established online crypto casino who are looking to add a Senior VIP Manager to their team based remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop relationships with high-value players through personalised communication and exceptional service.
    • Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and discretion.
    • Design, implement, and continuously optimise the VIP programme, including rewards, promotions, and engagement strategies.
    • Monitor and analyse player activity, preferences, and feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance VIP retention.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless VIP journey.
    • Organise and execute exclusive events, promotions, and bespoke experiences for top-tier customers.
    • Work alongside the CRM Team to design, refine, and continuously optimise the VIP CRM journeys, ensuring a tailored experience that enhances engagement and loyalty.
    • Collaborate closely with the Customer Support Team to guarantee that VIPs receive timely, personalised, and top-quality service. preferences, and feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance VIP retention.
    • Handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to leadership on VIP performance, trends, and KPIs.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our VIP offering competitive and innovative.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a VIP management, account management, or high-level customer relationship role within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
    • Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and achieving retention/revenue goals.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data and turn insights into action.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Flexible to work varying hours and occasionally travel to events or meet clients.
