BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a Senior Legal / Compliance Specialist based in Limassol.

This position is well suited for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience and an in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements in the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to the iGaming industry.
• Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the iGaming industry.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a thorough understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to staff on legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Legal degree its a must
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, iGaming industry experience a plus
• In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements in the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of contract law, employment law,  intellectual property law, and corporate law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Any compliance certificate is a plus
