BettingJobs is partnering with a well-established sportsbook and casino operator to in their search for a Senior Affiliate Partner. This role will be based in their Gibraltar office on a hybrid working arrangement, and will have a strong focus on the UK market.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, develop, and manage robust relationships with assigned Affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliates’ performance, compiling detailed reports to capture key metrics. Proactively communicate insights and any issues to partners or the line manager to ensure swift resolutions and sustained growth.
• Ensure all affiliate materials—including campaigns tracking links, design assets, landing pages, bonus offers and T&Cs—are current and optimized for success.
• Support the Affiliate Manager to optimize efficiency and maximize the performance of the Affiliate channel.
• Proactively identify, engage, and secure new Affiliate partners to expand the network.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively promote the company.
• Set up and manage reward plans, ensuring all tracking links are accurately implemented and maintained.
• Work directly with the compliance team to implement legal updates and ensure all Affiliate partners adhere to regulatory standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices and innovative strategies in affiliate marketing, applying these insights to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Affiliate marketing, either on Sports or Gaming (Casino).
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA.
• Being familiar with Affiliate platforms (Netrefer, Income Access, Myaffiliates etc) is a plus.
• Proven affiliate marketing experience paired with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with affiliates and internal teams.
• Acute attention to detail combined with strong numerical aptitude.
• Rapid adaptability to new software and emerging product functionalities.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic, comfortably balancing collaborative and independent tasks.
• Adapts well and performs effectively in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
