    Affiliate Executive (German Speaking)

    BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for an Affiliate Executive (German Speaking) to join their team based in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Affiliate Manager in affiliate and partner marketing activities by optimising current networks and developing new opportunities with new partners.
    • Activate campaigns by working with affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
    • Assist in managing large performance marketing campaigns.
    • Support promotions and new product launches.
    • Collaborate with local teams in multiple markets and HQ.
    • Plan, strategize, monitor, analyse and report registrations and revenue from affiliates.
    • Improve lead quality by analysing performance on a daily basis.
    • Identify and recruit publisher partners through various avenues.
    • Monitor and identify any illicit, unethical or improper to the brand activity and stop it.
    • Deploy fraud detection tools.
    • Build and manage relationships with various affiliate partners.
    • Support local partners by assisting with onboarding, following up on their daily activities, and maximising their performance in the Affiliates Program.
    • Develop and nurture local partners relationships to generate growth.
    • Conduct affiliate content checks to ensure the affiliates are promoting the offer properly and in a compliant way.
    • Secure top positions on leading affiliate websites.
    • Optimise local partners performance through Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram).
    • Liaise between the Marketing Agency and the internal team to develop customised content and campaigns for affiliates.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of proven experience in the Affiliate iGaming industry.
    • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields (Master’s Degree in related fields will be considered a plus).
    • Native German speaker (mandatory).
    • Fluency in English.
    • Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control.
    • Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Excel and Google Sheets as the preferred tool for making data-driven decisions.
    • Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines.
    • Taking business decisions based on data.
    • Excellent understanding of growth strategies.
    • Knowledge of Sports & Entertainment industry.
    • Familiarity with new social media trends, new practices and innovations.
    • Being up-to-date on new developments in the Marketing field.
    • Ability to combine resources and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
