    Sales Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a successful Japanese owned B2B Games studio, which is looking to add to its European commercial team with the addition of a Sales Manager based remotely within Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy, including market analysis, competitor insights, and compliance considerations.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, appointments, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
    • Research prospects to understand business drivers and advise on tailored product/service solutions.
    • Maintain and document a strong sales pipeline.
    • Deliver polished proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Respond promptly to RFPs, tenders, and queries; ensure all opportunities are fully pursued.
    • Conduct product demos aligned with client needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams through partner onboarding and planning meetings.
    • Engage in internal reviews to ensure partner goals and expectations are met.
    • Liaise with integration, product, and service teams to align on business development plans.
    • Produce monthly/quarterly forecasts and reports, recommending corrective actions where needed.
    • Work with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
    • Stay informed on competitor offerings to maintain a clear competitive edge.
    • Attend industry events, network regularly, and remain updated on market trends.
    • Professionally represent the company at relevant events.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the online gaming industry.
    • Proven skills in commercial negotiations and relationship building.
    • Extensive iGaming industry knowledge; sports betting knowledge is a plus.
    • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
    • Established network of executive-level contacts.
    • Experience crafting proposals and closing deals.
    • Self-driven, highly organized, and results-focused.
    • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
    • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.
    • Willingness to travel internationally at short notice.
    • Analytical and creative thinker focused on solutions.
