BettingJobs is working with a reputable and award-winning independent games studio in their search for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Ideally, the candidate will be based in Malta to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales. However, a remote within Europe working arrangement may also be considered.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with key partners, including operators, aggregators, and platform providers as well as negotiating and closing commercial deals that maximise long–term value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key partners, including operators, aggregators, and platform providers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Negotiate and close commercial deals that maximize long-term value.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead of the game.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the iGaming or gaming industry.
- A strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful deal-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for gaming, creativity, and innovation.
