BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a German VIP Team Leader to join their team in Cyprus.

The successful candidate will manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis. To manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall running of the VIP team
• Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles
• Achieving progress and hitting VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the teams’ strengths & addressing weaknesses
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
• Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps
• Improving upon current procedures and implementing new processes
• Weekly reporting on team and market performance
• Conducting regular 1 2 1’s & Performance management
• Any other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Gambling industry Knowledge and Experience is a must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent understanding of VIP Player Management
• Strong People management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Scheduling and work planning
• Presenting and report skills
• Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more
• Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a VIP team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of numbers and targets
• Fluent in German
