Our client, a newly launched casino operator, is looking for a talented Product Owner to join their fast-paced team in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify development requests, support new ideas, and define business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with developers and designers to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain clear, updated documentation.
• Act as the main contact between development teams and stakeholders, communicating product plans and progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, perform or coordinate user acceptance testing, and monitor product performance metrics.
• Stay informed about market trends, analyse competitors, and propose ideas to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner with a solid casino background and experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience working in an agile environment and methodology.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) within a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A passion for emerging technology and delivering great products.
