    Prediction Product Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a well-established online crypto casino who are looking to add a Prediction Product Marketing Manager to join their team based remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver the end-to-end marketing and proposition strategy for the product.
    • Define value propositions and positioning across multiple market categories, sports, crypto, politics, and culture.
    • Identify emerging trends within prediction markets, trading, and entertainment to inform commercial direction.
    • Build business cases that connect user insight, opportunity, and brand positioning.
    • Analyse audience behaviour, motivations, and trends to shape differentiated messaging.
    • Monitor competitor activity to identify whitespace and edge opportunities.
    • Partner with Product and BI teams to interpret data and optimize product-market fit.
    • Oversee launch and rollout of new features, markets, and verticals.
    • Manage the proposition lifecycle from concept through live operations, ensuring continuous refinement.
    • Align campaign calendars with marketing, CRM, and community initiatives.
    • Coordinate with Product, Trading, CRM, Social, and Partnerships to ensure integrated execution and unified messaging.
    • Deliver structured creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with brand tone and positioning.
    • Ensure prediction markets connect seamlessly across the wider ecosystem.
    • Track performance KPIs across user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy.
    • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
    • Support representation at key industry events or thought-leadership moments to strengthen brand presence.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, proposition management, or growth strategy within prediction markets, crypto trading, fintech, or sports betting.
    • Proven experience launching and scaling digital or trading-related products.
    • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to link market insight to business performance.
    • Deep understanding of prediction, trading, and crypto-native audiences.
    • Skilled communicator and collaborator across marketing, product, and trading functions.
    • Excellent project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple parallel workstreams.
    • Crypto-native mindset: understanding of blockchain, tokenized economies, and Web3 behaviours.
