BettingJobs is currently working with a leading Live Casino operator based in London looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee the project.

Responsibilities:

• Project management of all operational projects including new and existing products, ensuring strategy developed by the SLT is implemented correctly and timely.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the operations team work effectively within the regulatory and compliance framework.
• The development of key product expertise in front and back end, and integrated/associated ancillary product applications utilised in the environment.
• Effective identification and collation of product issues and follow through to resolution with the team and with 3rd party suppliers.
• Liaise with 3rd Party suppliers to maximise the performance and development of the platform and their product supply.
• Advise operations management and the group product leaders regarding key issues and development opportunities for the platform.
• Working with the wider team on the implementation of product enhancements for continual development in raising standards and awareness of all product features, inclusive of site performance, functionality & customer journeys.
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure that they are supported operationally for all campaigns
• Work with the finance team to ensure they are kept up to date with operational matters that will have an effect on the finances of the Company.
• Manage key product updates and releases for business requirements and assist in developing SOPs for product management in collaboration with other departments including Compliance and Governance
• Support, advise on strategic roadmap development for the business as a whole
