    Operations Lead

    BettingJobs is working with a successful international sports betting and gaming manager who are looking for an Operations Lead to join their team in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Shape and execute product strategy in collaboration with leadership.
    • Implement and manage a new gamification/CRM system to improve customer engagement.
    • Plan and manage integrations with new game providers.
    • Drive sportsbook product development and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure promotional content aligns with business goals and brand identity.
    • Analyze data to drive acquisition and retention, working with BI, VIP, and country teams.
    • Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve.
    • Ensure all marketing, CRM, and operational activities are legally compliant.
    • Lead cross-functional planning for successful execution of campaigns and features

    Requirements:

    • Passion for gaming and deep understanding of online Gaming and casino products.
    • Considerable Sportsbook experience and Knowledge, having previously worked with sports betting customers/in an online sports betting environment
    • 3+ years’ experience in gaming industry operations or product management.
    • Strong background in loyalty, gamification, CRM, and campaign management.
    • Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns and product innovations.
    • Solid grasp of gaming markets across Africa, including legal and compliance nuances.
    • Adept at working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners/providers.
    • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
    • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards of integrity and customer experience.
    • Experience working across multi-country African markets.
    • Familiarity with bonus engines and gamification platforms.
    • Knowledge of payments, affiliate marketing, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral data.
    • Ability to develop and articulate product vision and campaign narratives to a wide range of stakeholders.
