    Online Casino Manager

    Our client a well-known Romanian online casino operator is currently searching for an exceptional Online Casino Manager to join their energetic team based in Brasov or Bucharest.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the entire casino portfolio, ensuring we always offer a diverse and attractive selection of games;
    • Monitoring the financial performance of the casino portfolio and adjusting strategies accordingly;
    • Identifying and integrating new suppliers to diversify and enrich our game offerings;
    • Following the roadmaps from suppliers and constantly updating the site with the latest game releases;
    • Planning and distributing promotional campaigns, aligning them with negotiated deals and the internal calendar;
    • Negotiating new contracts with existing and potential suppliers;
    • Creating and implementing operational procedures for the efficient management of the casino portfolio;
    • Organizing and presenting the casino portfolio on the site, ensuring that navigation and access to games are intuitive and user-friendly;
    • Maintaining a strong and productive relationship with all suppliers, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Proven previous experience in a similar role in the gambling or online casino industry, with a good understanding of the mechanisms of operation in this field and market trends;
    • Solid knowledge of various aspects of online casino operations, including game portfolio development, financial management, and negotiations with suppliers;
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies for growing the game portfolio and improving the financial performance of the casino;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders;
    • Results-oriented and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for optimizing casino operations;
    • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with the ability to respond quickly to industry changes and market demands.
