    BettingJobs is working with a US based company who specialise in providing secure, reliable, and innovative payment processing services tailored to businesses operating in high-risk industries. They are looking to add a Onboarding Account Manager to their team.

    The Onboarding Account Manager will be pivotal in ensuring new clients experience a smooth and effective integration into the platform. This role requires a blend of precision in data management, efficiency in process coordination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute precise data entry and uphold the integrity of client information.
    • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
    • Manage and prioritize client requirements and documentation for the onboarding process.
    • Guide clients through the documentation and approval process, ensuring compliance and clarity.
    • Tackle any challenges that emerge during onboarding, aiming for resolution and client satisfaction.
    • Flexibly support various company tasks, adapting roles as needed to support team objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in onboarding, customer service, or related fields, with a preference for backgrounds in startups or fast-paced settings.
    • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
    • Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Versatility in role functions, ready to assist across departments as needed.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
