    Marketing Specialist

    BettingJobs is working with an online bookmaker with a long history of changing the landscape of the sports betting and gaming industry through its integrity, high level of customer satisfaction, and revered risk management. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the sportsbook brand effectively within the Russian-speaking market.
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, targeting Russian audiences.
    • Collaborate with the content team to localize and optimize marketing materials, ensuring they are culturally relevant and resonate with the target audience.
    • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities within the Russian sports and casino betting industry.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Russian market.
    • Build and maintain relationships with Russian influencers, affiliates, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
    • Work closely with the product team to provide insights and feedback on product localization and features tailored to Russian users.
    • Developing promotional materials and marketing plans for traditional and digital advertising channels
    • Key Affiliate management: manage and respond to affiliate inquiries promptly
    • Manage VIP client emails and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

     

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in the Russian gaming industry
    • Fluency in both Russian and English: written and spoken is essential.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail, leadership skills and ability to solve problems
    • Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital media channels
