    Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs is working with an established global loyalty platform provider specialising in the iGaming who are now seeking to expand their team with a Marketing Manager based hybrid from their Malta office

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute the digital strategy to attract and convert new users.
    • Manage SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, community, and influencer campaigns.
    • Create and manage relevant content for blogs, videos, newsletters, and social platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as traffic, CAC, conversion rate, and ROI.
    • Develop product positioning, differentiation, and brand narrative.
    • Gather user feedback and translate it into functional improvement suggestions.
    • Support go-to-market planning for new features and platform updates.
    • Act as the bridge between marketing and product, influencing the roadmap through data and market feedback.
    • Work directly with founders and key stakeholders to align vision and priorities.
    • Manage the marketing initiatives backlog, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
    • Collaborate with partners and affiliates to amplify campaigns and outcomes.
    • Lead a small (and growing) team with a collaborative, agile, and excellence-driven mindset.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in high-growth, data-driven environments.
    • Experience in iGaming, betting, poker, or casino verticals (or a strong affinity with the niche).
    • Has successfully scaled user acquisition funnels using SEO, paid media, and influencer marketing.
    • Familiar with affiliate-based business models and performance-driven channels.
    • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns across LATAM and/or European markets.
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM/email automation.
    • Tracks and acts on CAC, retention, conversion.
    • Understands how to tailor messaging to poker/betting/casino users.
    • Can work cross-functionally with product, tech, and commercial teams.
    • SEO expertise (content planning and optimization).
    • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Knowledge of email marketing (Brevo or similar) and CRM automation.
    • Strategic social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
    • Experience with influencer marketing and niche creator partnerships.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and funnel analysis.
    • Ability to create strategic content and interpret data with a business mindset.
    • iGaming experience (or strong affinity with betting, poker, and casino).
    • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
