    Marketing Analyst

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established and highly successful B2C iGaming brand with offices in London, Cyprus and Latin America as they seek to hire a Marketing Analyst to join their team in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyse marketing campaigns (digital & offline), providing insights and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Develop testing methodologies for acquisition funnels and customer loyalty programs.
    • Consolidate data from multiple sources (PPC, Social, Programmatic, TV, Radio, CRM, etc.) to identify optimisation opportunities.
    • Work with senior stakeholders to define performance metrics and create visual reports.
    • Utilise media mix and digital attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness.
    • Identify and build profitable customer segments for better targeting across channels.
    • Collaborate on budget planning and performance forecasting.
    • Review agency campaign reports, ensuring robust analysis and improvement suggestions.
    • Analyse customer journeys using various BI tools for enhanced segmentation and personalisation.
    • Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
    • Identify process automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Train and support marketing teams on BI/marketing analysis tools.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and BI/MA advancements.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5+ years in data-driven marketing within digital/performance and ATL marketing.
    • Experience analysing multi-channel campaigns (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CRM, TV, OOH, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing metrics, customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
    • Experience with MMM and digital attribution modelling for campaign performance evaluation.
    • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
    • Strong data interpretation, statistical analysis, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams in different markets (EUROPE, NA, LATAM).
