Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the live casino platform, ensuring smooth gameplay and high-quality streaming services.
• Monitor table performance and ensure optimal staffing of live dealers.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify trends and develop strategies to attract new players and retain existing ones.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of live dealers and technical staff.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional live gaming experience for players.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with the customer support team to maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize streaming quality and system functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance the platform.
• Work with game providers to introduce new live casino games and features.
• Ensure all games and operations comply with jurisdictional gaming laws and licensing requirements.
• Develop and enforce anti-fraud measures and responsible gaming initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in live casino operations or casino management.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving performance targets.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
