BettingJobs is working with a Dutch online platform for Sports Betting, Casino, Poker and Bingo as they seek to secure a new Live Casino Product Specialist.

Responsibilities:
• Create, develop, and maintain (owned) the Live Casino vertical processes and other relevant frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and best-in-class standards and practices.
• Execute strategy, tactics and policies and create, develop, and manage the Live Casino Product Life Cycle roadmap, short term and long term to ensure that the Live Casino Online offers features and capabilities within the entertainment package that is meets the needs of both existing and future customers/players.
• Advise the LCM with processes and other relevant frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and best-in-class standards and practices from an online perspective.
• Assist in the execution of the LC Dedicated online strategy, tactics and policies as requested by the LCM.
• Assist in the creation and development of the Live Casino Studio Product Life Cycle roadmap, short term, and long term to ensure that HCO Live Casino Studio offers features and capabilities within the entertainment package that meets the needs of both existing and future customers/players.
• Implement and execute strategy, tactics, and policies as requested.
• Translating policies, frameworks, strategies, and tactics into short- and long-term plans including budgeting.
• Manage and execute the Live Casino product strategy and tactics as indicated by the Online Operations Manager.
• Building, maintaining and strengthening the Live Casino Network vertical product team.
• Planning and coordinating the Live Casino retention plan with the CRM team.
• Develop and maintain an online Live Casino portfolio and platform with suppliers/partners and HCO organization, minimum industry/market standard.
• Coordination of content and processes and oversight of all operational activities within the Live Casino vertical, including financial and administrative workflows.
• Identify and set up new processes according to the standard with the aim of increasing efficiency, quality and results and actively working on improving process management within the line.
• Plan and execute the Live Casino Roadmap/Life Cycle such as Product/Game releases.
• Actively monitor the market and conduct regular competitive analysis.
• Liaise with Acquisition for targeted Live Casino acquisition and ensure that customer acquisition offers/promotions are up-to-date, competitive, and financially sustainable according to line manager guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of the strategy, tactics and policies as formulated by LCM.
• Assist in translating online policies, frameworks, strategies, and tactics into short- and long-term plans as requested by LCM.
• Assist in executing the Live Casino Dedicated product strategy and tactics as indicated by the LCM.
• Planning and coordinating the Live Casino Dedicated online retention plan with the CRM team.
• Assisting the LCM in maintaining an online Live Casino Dedicated portfolio and platform, minimum industry/market standard.
• Content and process coordination of online operational activities within the Live Casino Dedicated vertical.
• Identify and set up new online processes according to HC standard with the aim of increasing efficiency, quality and results and actively working on improving process management within the subvertical.
• Planning and executing the Live Casino Roadmap/Life Cycle such as Product/Game releases as agreed with LCM.
• Actively monitor the market and conduct regular competitive analysis.
• Liaise with Acquisition for targeted Live Casino Dedicated Acquisition and ensure that customer acquisition offers/promotions are up-to-date, competitive, and financially sustainable according to LCM’s guidelines.
• Make commercial and contractual agreements within LC Network with various partners at the request of the Operations Manager and in collaboration with the Commercial Sourcing Manager.
• Advising the LCM on commercial and contractual arrangements.
• Oversee the budget and performance of the Live Casino Network and the Live Casino Dedicated Performance.
• Actively monitors and mitigates risk to ensure business continuity within the Live Casino Network.
• Actively monitors and recommends mitigating risks to ensure business continuity within the Live Casino Dedicated vertical and acts as necessary to mitigate these identified risks.
• Acting as a point of contact and sparring partner for the Operations Manager Online and the Live Casino Manager regarding policy and tactical issues.
• Actively identifies opportunities and developments in the online gaming market, Live Casino vertical.
• Translates opportunities and developments into innovations and improvements that are proposed to the OMO and LCM.
• Evaluate processes, systems, and practices within or related to Live Casino operations.
• Initiating and contributing to proposed changes and improvements. Ensure its implementation and execution if it is decided.
• Actively promote and ensure a safe environment in compliance with applicable laws, rules, guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Actively promote and act as a role model regarding Responsible Gaming.
• Supports HC’s strategy, policies, and framework by actively working to promote safe and responsible entertainment.
• Build, maintain and expand a network of relevant internal and external (inter)national stakeholders within Live Casino.
• Informing and/or influencing this network where necessary in order to create optimal cooperation.

Requirements:
· At least 2 year’s experience within a similar role.
· Ambitious.
· Result-oriented.
· Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
· Affinity with gaming and gambling and with table games in particular.
· Team oriented.
· Project management oriented.
