    IT Manager

    BettingJobs are working with an iGaming company who have offices based in Manila and are looking for several IT Managers to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical manager and be responsible for leading tech teams of 5-10.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage network infrastructure, including CISCO Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, FORTINET firewalls, and ISP hand-offs for international data transport.
    • Handle system infrastructure, from DELL servers (bare metal) to hypervisors, vCenter, and virtual machines.
    • Lead the service desk, including asset management and end-user support.
    • Lead projects, including the construction of new data centres from scratch.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of software research, development processes, productization, and bug fixing.
    • Optimize and automate operational flows wherever feasible.
    • Manage budgets, including headcount, CAPEX, OPEX, software purchases, and LAN asset maintenance renewals.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a hands-on technical manager with a deep understanding of various technologies.
    • A proven leader and thought leader who excels in teamwork and collaboration.
    • Strong background in troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and ethical hacking (with proper approvals).
    • Skilled in coaching and developing direct reports, fostering growth and talent.
    • Demonstrates logical, critical, and lateral thinking skills.
    • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

    Required Technical Skill Set:

    • Expertise in On-Premise Domain Controllers, Exchange 2016, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DHCP, and various Windows OS versions.
    • Proficient in traditional and SDWAN networking, collapsed core, L3 switching, voice switching, and related technologies.
    • Extensive experience with Fortinet Firewall series and FortiAnalyzer.
    • Proficient in VMware (v6 to v8) and DELL EMC PowerEdge R series.
    • Experience with Symantec Server, third-party security tools, monitoring servers, NAS backup systems, and more.
