    IT Application Support Analyst

    BettingJobs are currently seeking an IT Application Support Analyst for an established gaming brand, to be based in their UAE office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-call support and proactive communication to business process owners.
    • Oversee the problem management process to ensure maximum system uptime.
    • Resolve incidents and service outages promptly through hands-on support.
    • Perform Level 3 technical troubleshooting for assigned services.
    • Collaborate with development, support (Level 1 & 2), and engineering teams to improve processes and delivery.
    • Coordinate minor technology projects and related activities within business units.
    • Monitor maintenance activities to ensure system quality and integrity.
    • Understand and leverage applications to create competitive advantages.
    • Manage all aspects of assigned services—from user interface to backend systems—by working across IT departments.
    • Participate in system testing before business handoff; conduct lab tests and simulations to identify issues.
    • Provide and maintain accurate support and system documentation.
    • Assist users in gathering and documenting requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).
    • 2–4 years of broad-based IT and business experience; software support/troubleshooting and customer service background highly desirable.
    • At least one year of business unit experience with strong commitment to solving business problems.
    • Solid technical skills, with knowledge of application support and development methodologies.
    • Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise applications; familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
    • Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proven ability to gather requirements, solve problems, and work collaboratively across teams.
