Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for an Influencer Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, vet, and onboard mid-level and micro-influencers who align with the brand’s target audiences, values, and growth objectives.
- Negotiate agreements, set deliverables, and maintain ongoing communication to foster authentic, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social teams to develop influencer briefs and content guidelines.
- Oversee campaign timelines, content approvals, and asset delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outputs that adhere to brand standards.
- Define KPIs for influencer collaborations (engagement rates, audience reach, sign-ups, ROI from partnerships) and monitor performance across platforms.
- Analyse results, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure influencers understand and uphold brand messaging, tone of voice, and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Work closely with Brand Compliance & Governance teams to guarantee that all influencer content meets regulatory and ethical standards.
- Stay informed on emerging influencer platforms, content formats, and community trends in key regions.
- Regularly propose new influencer segments or niche partnerships to maintain a dynamic and relevant influencer strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on building relationships and running campaigns at scale.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Cultural adaptability and an understanding of niche communities within the gaming, sports, and entertainment spheres.
