BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their operations in the Indian market with a remote based Senior Acquisition Manager.
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and acquisition strategies to attract and retain Indian based players. You will work closely with the marketing, partnerships, and product teams to optimize customer acquisition campaigns and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies specific to the Indian market.
- Identify and establish partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and media networks to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze user data and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to understand player behavior, preferences, and trends in India.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance the user experience and ensure market fit.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends.
- Develop and manage the budget for acquisition efforts, ensuring cost-effective growth.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in customer acquisition, digital marketing and affiliate management within the online gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian gaming and crypto market, including player preferences and local marketing channels.
- Totally fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in managing affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
