    HR Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a new service provider within the iGaming industry who are looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement and monitor corporate HR strategy especially regarding talent recruitment and management, ensuring consistency across different sites.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR teams at various locations to align with company policies and best practices.
    • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
    • Develop training programs and materials to support policy implementation across multiple locations.
    • Act as a liaison between regional HR teams and corporate leadership, facilitating communication and alignment on HR strategies.
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire expats for various roles within the company.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding international candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with visa, work permit, and relocation requirements for expatriate employees.
    • Partner with external recruitment agencies and relocation service providers as needed.
    • Serve as a point of contact for expatriate employees, assisting with integration, benefits, and compliance matters.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local and international employment laws for different company sites.
    • Support expatriate employees in navigating relocation, cultural adaptation, and career development opportunities.
    • Monitor industry trends and legal changes to continuously improve expatriate hiring and HR policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Specialization in Talent Recruitment and Management preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on expatriate recruitment and corporate HR policy.
    • Proven expertise in international talent acquisition, global mobility, and HR compliance.
    • Practical experience dealing with labor laws, work permits, and visa requirements for expats.
    • Excellent English language skills.
    • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with diverse teams.
